INCORRECT RIBBON WAS DISPATCHED BUT WHEN NOTIFIED REPLACEMENT WAS QUICKLY SUPPLIED. I WOULD USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AS ITEMS EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED.
