Can't fault the service, thank you very much

The order did not arrive for ages and, when it did, the number of items sent was incorrect. I received an email from you in response to my complaint, and was told to expect an email from Prezzybox to explain the situation, which has not arrived.

I just wanted to return the item as it was mistakenly ordered but the company are not responding by email or telephone. The telephone helpline did not understand what I was requesting. I still need to return it!
