	"Incorrect item sent. Took 4 attempts for courier to collect item. 2 weeks after item was returned money has still not been refunded. Have called 3 times about this. Second time was told refund would be rushed through. Now have been told it wasn't. Credit card company have been notified. Won't be using this Chemist Direct again."
